Lead Measure #1
Transition from executing effective coaching plans with 30% of associates to 90% of associates by May 1, 2010.
- Group associates into three performance categories and tailor coaching accordingly:
- Group A - Performing (reinforce, reward, and challenge)
- Group B - Middling (reset expectations, train, and coach)
- Group C - Trailing (short-term coaching and accountability)
Lead Measure #2
Improve effective use of the Customer Consultation Guide (CCG) from 30% to 80% by May 1, 2010 and to 90% by July 1, 2010.
